The EYE (Exchange Young Executives) Foundation offers the participants the opportunity to get acquainted with development co-operation. As a young entrepreneur or manager, one can contribute ideas on concrete development issues at a corporate, professional or personal level. In the Netherlands as well as in developing countries. EYE has projects for both individuals and companies.

EYE forges a bridge between the Dutch corporate sector and development co-operation. This results in exchanges of knowledge and experience between Dutch professionals and development organisations in India, the Philippines, Brazil and West Africa.

EYE was set up in 1996 on the initiative of Jong Management and ICCO with the aim of implementing sustainable entrepreneurship in developing countries. The EYE concept was developed by three professional organisations five years ago. De Baak Management Centrum VNO-NCW, Jong Management VNO-NCW [Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers] and ICCO (Interchurch Organisation for Development Cooperation) are contributing their knowledge and networks.
