Jaswina Elahi (Master of Arts) studied Arts and Culture at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She learned Kuchipudi from her danceteacher Padma Menon in the Netherlands, and for extra training in India and Australia. She also got extra training from Mrs. Srimayi Vempati, and more recently from Srividya Mutnuri.
Besides dancing Kuchipudi, Jaswina is also teacher and lecturer at the University of The Hague for the subjects Arts, Culture, Research, Identity & Diversity and she is writing her Phd in the social science at the University of Tilburg.
