EISRA -European Institute for Scientific Research on Ayurveda, Den Hague, The Netherlands is established to impart knowledge of Ayurveda to the inquisitive students having faith in Ayurveda and Vedas. Eisra realizes its goal
- By publication in electronic form on the Internet or on disk or in paper form of books, pamphlets and magazines dealing with Ayurveda;
- By further developing and doing research on above mentioned aspects;
- By holding and arranging lectures, classes and workshops for learning about Ayurveda;
- By working together with other organisations on mentioned aspects for their proper dissemination;
- This Society was founded by Dr. Anil K. Mehta in The Netherlands and has been actively functioning since 1993 to fulfil the above aims and objectives in the Benelux.

- 4 years study leading to the diploma of Ayurvedic Practitioner
EISRA has signed a MOU with Gujarat Ayurved University in Jamnagar, Dayanad Ayurved College in Jalandhar to imparts Ayurvedic education in The Netherlands. Eisra works in cooperation with World Ayurvedic Health Organisation (WAHO) and, ICAU (International Cooperated Ayurvedic University.
