Since 1998 Foundation Inter Cultural Arts (Stichting Inter Cultural Arts) is active in the Netherlands in the field of “Theatre- entertainment". Foundation ICA presents a programme of different themes. Its theatre productions are based on social issues as well as current topics and try to bring different cultures closer to each other. It has also introduced subtitling in some of its productions.

ICA was established by Ms. Kamala Sukul who is associated with performing art since 1989. She is a well-known producer and director of theatre productions and has written, directed and produced 29 plays - all staged in different theaters all over over the Netherlands.

She has also written the scenarios of two films and directed the same. Since its inception she is totally involved with the activities of the Foundation.
