The Holland Sweetener Company was established in 1985 as a 50/50 joint venture between DSM (headquarters in The Netherlands) and Tosoh (Japan). The headquarters and factory are in Geleen, The Netherlands. In 2004 The Holland Sweetener Company supplied over 3000 tons of aspartame and Twinsweet to more than 60 countries.
Holland Sweetener Company is a global leader in the intense sweetener market and is Europe's largest producer of aspartame and the inventors of Twinsweet, a unique sweetener that is inspiring a host of new applications.
