Established in 1947, Haffmans B.V. develops and manufactures Quality Control and Process equipment to both recover and manage CO2 for the beverage industry.
Since early 1960's Haffmans develops and assemblea Quality Control equipment. In the 1970's the activities were extended and Haffmans started to deliver CO2-recovery technology. from 1980 onwards the focus of the company shifted from trading into development, manufacturing and service. Focusing on the areas of Quality Control equipment, Units for Carbonation, Blending, De-aeration and CO2-recovery.
In 1998 NORIT The Purification Company became the 100% shareholder in Haffmans.
