ETC Crystal is part of ETC Netherlands BV. This company is part of the ETC International Group, which has independent offices in Colombo, Lima, Nairobi, and in Bangalore. It is a public health consultancy group, working in the field of health programme management, health sector reforms, training and applied research. It is a business unit within ETC International, a not-for-profit but market-oriented organisation based in Leusden, The Netherlands.
